The numbers indicate:
1. Logout button
2. Statistics from all circles. Initially, only submissions are displayed. When you click on “send”, the send payoffs will be displayed. The chief administrator can see all the circles; managers and admins see only those in which they took part. Circles are displayed for the selected day (on the right, at the top of the table there is a form for selecting a date)
3. Navigation menu. Here you can navigate through pages.
The subscriber transfers page displays subscriber transfers. The chief administrator and regular administrator see all transfers, the manager sees transfers only of those subscribers he manages. Transfers are grouped by subscribers’ name and managers’ name.

The admin panel is only accessible to the main administrator. The panel displays all users. One can add new users, remove old ones and change existing ones. To change or delete, you just need to click on the selected user.
